- You provide: name, work email, company, message content, and any other fields you submit through our contact or intake forms.
- SMS/MMS programs: mobile telephone number, opt-in timestamp, consent language shown, IP address or device data where captured, message delivery and engagement metadata, and opt-out events. Our standard website contact form does not collect a mobile number for texting unless we present a separate field and consent disclosure for that purpose.
- Automatically: basic server and analytics data such as browser type, approximate location from IP, pages viewed, and referring URLs when you browse our sites or interact with embedded content.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, operate and improve our websites, deliver contracted marketing services, comply with law, protect security, and—only with appropriate consent—send SMS/MMS or email in line with our Messaging terms (SMS).

Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
